Privacy policy

Who is responsible

GoMaster.me is operated by Toronto Mavens (Ontario, Canada). Our Privacy Officer is the owner of Toronto Mavens. We follow Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Homeowners: name, phone number, address or area, the problem description and any photos or videos you send.
• Pros: name, contact details, licence and insurance information, service areas, uploaded videos.
• Calls and messages that go through our number, including call recordings.
• Basic technical data (device, pages visited, where the visit came from, and the approximate city and country of the visit) to keep the site working and safe and to understand where our visitors are. We do not store your IP address.

Why

• To connect you with a pro and let the pro prepare for the job.
• To check quality, handle complaints and calculate commissions.
• To edit pros' videos with AI tools.
• To keep the service secure.

Who helps us (service providers)

We use trusted providers to run GoMaster.me: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (video storage), Vercel (website hosting), Twilio (calls and SMS), Stripe (pros' card payments — we never see full card numbers), Google Gemini (video and voice-note analysis), OpenRouter (passes texts to AI models such as Anthropic Claude for editing plans, only to providers that do not store or train on them) and ElevenLabs or Fish Audio (voice). Some of them process data outside Canada, for example in the United States.

How long we keep it

• Call recordings and customers' problem videos: 90 days.
• Pros' videos and raw footage: for as long as they are useful for the service; we may delete them at any time.
• Account and job records: as long as needed for the service and the law.
• We do not use your recordings or messages to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. Write to us at office@gomaster.me and we will answer within 30 days.
