A pro's guide: from filming to a video on your page

You film the job on your phone, upload it, and get a finished video back. Here is the whole way, step by step.

The main rule: three videos

To be shown to customers on GoMaster.me, your page needs at least three videos. A person who opens your page should see you at work right away.

  • The videos do not have to be polished. Plain phone footage that shows your work is fine.
  • You can upload a video you already finished, as it is — without our editing.
  • With fewer than three videos your page still opens by its direct link, but you are not yet in the list of pros or in the feed.
  • Whether to post the videos on your own social accounts is your choice. We recommend it: that is where customers come from.

Step 1. Film the job

  • Short clips of 10–35 seconds, phone held upright. No tripod needed.
  • What to film: what was wrong, what you are doing, what came out. The result is a must.
  • If you like, explain something to the camera in your own words. That is the best part of a video.
  • Do not film customers' faces, house numbers, addresses or documents.

Step 2. Upload

  • Your cabinet → “Upload a new video”. Up to 10 clips at a time.
  • Choose what kind of video to make (“Before and after”, “Finding the fault”…), or leave “Help me choose”.
  • The main description matters most: what the job was, what you did, what to show. At least 200 characters; you can dictate it by voice.
  • Under each clip, a few words about what is on it.
  • Voice: your own voice from the footage, your AI voice, or captions only.

Step 3. Wait

  • We edit the video: captions, voice-over, a cover and texts for social apps. You get a text message when it is ready.
  • Sometimes we ask one or two short questions about the job. Answer in your cabinet — it takes a couple of taps.
  • Every video is checked before it is sent to you.

Step 4. Watch it and answer: like it or not

  • The finished video appears in your cabinet. Watch it.
  • You like it — press “I like it”. The video goes onto your page on GoMaster.me.
  • You don't — press “I don't like it” and write what is wrong. We will look at it and edit it again.
  • After your answer the download links appear.

Step 5. Download and post

  • You get: the video, two covers (upright, and a wide one for YouTube), and a title and description with hashtags for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
  • Post from your own accounts. Each text is copied with one button.
  • If you want music, add it yourself in the app when you post.

What we never do

  • We do not make things up: a video says only what you told us and what the footage shows.
  • We do not show your phone number or surname. Customers call you through your page.
